What are your hours of operation for Tech Support?
These tech issues never seem to happen at a convenient time do they? they always seem to happen when repair services are closed or unavailable, which is why I operate from 9am until 9pm Monday to Friday! I am also usually able to provide a service outside of these hours, however an out of hours fee of £50 would become applicable.
Do you offer remote assistance, or do I need to bring my device in for help?
